1. Status communication
Namvio Web Services reports significant incidents via an in-app banner, by email to account holders and at status-page-url. Updates are provided at least every incident-update-cadence-hours hours during a live incident.
2. Maintenance
Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance where feasible. Emergency maintenance may proceed without advance notice when required to protect data or service integrity.
3. No service credits by default
Namvio Web Services does not offer monetary service credits as a standard term; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
