No. We are a software-as-a-service platform. We do not approve loans, set interest rates, fund mortgages, or give regulated mortgage advice. Loan decisions are made by licensed banks. Mortgage advice is provided by licensed brokers.

Which countries do you serve?

How do clients sign up?

Yes. One-click Google sign-in is supported. The first time you sign in we reconcile your role so brokers, clients, and admins land on the correct dashboard.

What happens if I sign up as the wrong role?

Role drift is automatically corrected at login by our role reconciliation logic, but the safest path is to use the correct tab (Client vs Broker) when registering.

Do I have to accept Terms and Privacy to sign up?

Yes. Both signup forms include a required 'I agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy' checkbox. The timestamp of your acceptance is stored in your profile for our compliance records.

Brokers choose between four tiers: Free ($0), Starter ($29/mo), Professional ($79/mo), and Agency ($199/mo). Clients are always free.

The Free plan lets a broker log in and access the mortgage calculators (capped at 3 calculations per rolling 24 hours), but it does NOT allow adding any clients or accessing client data. It is intended as an evaluation tier.

Starter unlocks active clients and basic document collection, but advanced features like AI document verification, the CRM pipeline, the activity log, and team seats remain locked. It's the right entry point for solo brokers with low volume.

How is billing handled?

Subscriptions are processed by PayPal using PayPal Subscriptions. We never store full card numbers. Webhook signatures are verified before any billing event updates your plan status.

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your PayPal subscription dashboard, and your plan will downgrade to Free at the end of the billing period. Client data remains in your account but features above the Free tier become read-only / locked.
