DubaiPropertyLoan is a product and trading brand operated by NAMVIO WEB SERVICES, an India-based Sole Proprietorship owned by Shubham Das.
The business is supported by Debasmita Marndi, who serves as Co-Founder and Authorized Representative. She is not the legal owner of the Sole Proprietorship.
We started DubaiPropertyLoan because brokers we spoke to were running multi-million-dirham deals on top of WhatsApp threads and shared inboxes. The technology gap was obvious. We chose to build a vertical SaaS for mortgage brokers, instead of a generic CRM, so every screen reflects how mortgage intake actually works.

Our story
Born from a problem brokers know too well
Talk to any mortgage broker and you'll hear the same story. A client sends an Emirates ID by WhatsApp, payslips by email, a bank statement as a phone photo, and the trade license through a colleague. Half of it lands in the wrong folder. The other half goes missing on the day the bank asks for it.
We built DubaiPropertyLoan because that workflow doesn't scale and, more importantly, doesn't deserve the trust customers place in it. Brokers needed a single place to invite a client, request the exact documents the bank wants, verify them with confidence, and track the application without re-typing the same status into five different chats.
We are not trying to replace brokers. We're trying to give brokers the tooling that the rest of the financial industry has had for years.
