Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how broker subscriptions to DubaiPropertyLoan can be cancelled and when refunds may apply.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from the broker billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain paid features until that date.

2. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial periods. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants a refund right (for example a statutory cooling-off period), that right applies and is unaffected by this Policy. To request a refund under such a right, contact contact@namvio.com within the statutory window with your account email and a brief description of the reason.

3. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails Namvio Web Services may retry the payment, suspend paid features, and ultimately downgrade the account to the Free plan. No refund is owed for periods during which the subscription was suspended for non-payment.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for an undisputed charge may result in suspension of the account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact contact@namvio.com first; most disputes are resolved quickly without involving the card scheme.

5. Service downtime

Namvio Web Services does not offer monetary service credits for downtime unless a specific commitment is made in writing. Significant prolonged outages will be communicated under the Service Status Policy.
