Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited activity

• Uploading or sharing documents you are not authorised to share.
• Uploading fraudulent, forged, altered or knowingly inaccurate documents.
• Impersonating another person, broker, bank or government body.
• Circumventing access controls, rate limits or technical protections.
• Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the service except as expressly permitted by the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
• Introducing malware, scrapers, autonomous agents or load that disrupts the service.
• Using DubaiPropertyLoan to facilitate money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful activity.
• Harassing, threatening or discriminating against any user, support agent or staff member.

2. AI use

You must not use AI features to produce content that misrepresents documents, deceives a bank or replaces a licensed broker's professional judgement. See the AI Features Disclaimer and Acceptable AI Usage Policy.

3. Enforcement

Namvio Web Services may investigate suspected violations and may warn, suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or refer matters to law enforcement. We log enforcement actions for audit.
