Broker Subscription & Billing Agreement

This Agreement governs paid broker subscriptions to DubaiPropertyLoan. It is in addition to the Terms of Service.

1. Plans

DubaiPropertyLoan offers four plans:

  • Free: account, profile and dashboard only; cannot add, invite or manage clients; calculator suite capped at 3 uses per rolling 24-hour period.
  • Starter: up to 10 active clients; full broker workflow; no calculator access.
  • Professional: up to 50 active clients; full workflow; full calculator access; CRM pipeline.
  • Agency: unlimited clients; team seats and agency roles; calculator suite; priority support.

Specific feature limits are defined in the product and may be updated from time to time without changing this Agreement.

2. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through PayPal. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are exclusive of taxes that may be due in your jurisdiction.

3. Trial, coupons and promotions

Where Namvio Web Services offers a trial period, promotional discount or coupon, the terms of that offer prevail over the standard pricing for its stated duration. Coupons are not redeemable for cash and may be withdrawn at any time before redemption.

4. Payment failures

If a renewal payment fails we will retry in line with the payment provider's standard schedule. We may suspend paid features (including client management) after a defined grace period until payment is restored.

5. Upgrades, downgrades and cap enforcement

You may upgrade at any time; the new plan applies immediately and the next renewal is recalculated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. If your downgrade results in more active clients than the new plan permits, you must reduce the count before the downgrade applies; until then existing clients remain readable but no new clients may be added.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, refund and chargeback handling are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Price changes

Namvio Web Services may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email and in-app. New prices apply to the next renewal after the notice period ends. You may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not accept the new price.

8. Suspension and termination

Namvio Web Services may suspend or terminate a paid account for non-payment, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. On termination, access to the dashboard ends and data is handled in line with the Document Retention Policy and Account Deletion Policy.
