Account Suspension Policy

1. Grounds

Namvio Web Services may suspend an account for non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, security risk, breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law.

2. Notice

Where lawful and operationally safe, we notify the account holder of the suspension and the steps required to restore access.

3. Appeal

Suspended users may appeal to contact@namvio.com. We respond within 5 business days.

4. Effect on data

Data is retained during suspension. If suspension converts to termination, data handling follows the Account Deletion Policy and Document Retention Policy.
