Account Deletion Policy

1. Self-service
Account deletion is available from the profile page. Deletion is irreversible.
2. Timing
Personal data is removed within 30 days of deletion request, except for records Namvio Web Services is required to retain (billing, tax, anti-fraud, legal).
3. Effect on linked users
Deleting a broker account does not delete clients' accounts. Clients retain access to their own documents and may relink to another broker.
