Data Deletion Request Policy

1. How to request
Email contact@namvio.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" from the email address on file. Where the request relates to data held on behalf of a broker, Namvio Web Services will route the request to that broker for action.
2. Verification
We may ask additional questions to verify identity proportionate to the sensitivity of the data.
3. Exceptions
Records subject to legal hold or required for billing, tax, anti-fraud or regulatory reasons will not be deleted until the obligation expires.
