1. Why transfers happen
Namvio Web Services operates from India; many infrastructure providers operate in the EU, the US and other regions; users may upload documents from anywhere in the world.
2. Safeguards
Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, Namvio Web Services relies on contractual measures with subprocessors (for example Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent), in addition to the technical and organisational measures in the Information Security Policy.
3. UAE PDPL
Where personal data of UAE residents is processed, Namvio Web Services considers the requirements of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law in applying these safeguards and in responding to data-subject requests.
