Third-Party Vendor Policy

1. Vendor selection
Namvio Web Services selects vendors with documented security and privacy practices proportionate to the data they will process. New vendors that will process personal data are added as subprocessors under the Data Processing Agreement.
2. Risk review
Each vendor is assessed at least annually against criteria including data protection, security posture, sub-tier dependencies, jurisdiction and incident history.
3. Termination
Vendors who fail to meet Namvio Web Services's minimum standards are replaced and any personal data they hold is returned or deleted.
