Access Control Policy

1. Principles
Namvio Web Services applies least privilege and need-to-know. Access is granted on the basis of role and removed promptly when no longer required.
2. Production access
Access to production systems is limited to named personnel, requires strong authentication and is logged. Customer data is read only when necessary for support, security or legal compliance and only with the customer's knowledge where feasible.
3. User-facing controls
Application-level access is enforced by Row Level Security and signed URLs. Users can revoke browser sessions and OAuth grants from their profile.
