Information Security Policy

Namvio Web Services maintains technical and organisational measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of DubaiPropertyLoan.
1. Encryption
All traffic to DubaiPropertyLoan is encrypted in transit using modern TLS. Data and document storage is encrypted at rest at the cloud-provider layer.
2. Access control
Database-level Row Level Security restricts row visibility by role and ownership. Administrative access is granted on a least-privilege basis and reviewed periodically.
3. Authentication
Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing managed by the authentication provider. Leaked-password detection is enabled. Google sign-in is supported. Multi-factor authentication will be offered as the platform matures.
4. Document storage
User documents are kept in a private object-storage bucket. Downloads are served via short-lived signed URLs scoped to a single object.
5. Logging and monitoring
Authentication events, administrative actions, document uploads, AI re-runs and billing changes are logged. Logs are retained for the period described in the Document Retention Policy and monitored for anomalies.
6. Vulnerability management
Dependencies are tracked and patched on a regular cadence. Security findings reported under the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy are triaged within defined service levels.
7. Incident response
Security incidents are handled under the Incident Response Policy and notified to affected customers under the Data Breach Response Policy.
8. Personnel
Personnel with access to production data are bound by confidentiality obligations and trained on data protection.
9. Subprocessors
Subprocessors are vetted under the Third-Party Vendor Policy.
