Backup & Disaster Recovery Policy

1. Backups
Namvio Web Services relies on the managed-database provider's automated backup tooling. Backups are encrypted, retained for backup-retention-days days and tested periodically by restoring into an isolated environment.
2. Recovery objectives
Target Recovery Point Objective: rpo-minutes minutes. Target Recovery Time Objective: rto-hours hours. These are targets, not guarantees.
3. Disaster scenarios
Scenarios covered include accidental deletion, data corruption, regional cloud outage, and credential compromise. Each scenario has an associated runbook reviewed periodically.
4. Customer-driven recovery
Customers who accidentally delete data through the dashboard may contact contact@namvio.com for best-effort recovery within the retention window. Restoration of individual records is not guaranteed.
