1. Objective
Preserve the availability of DubaiPropertyLoan's core workflows (authentication, document upload, document retrieval) during disruptions to staff, infrastructure or third-party providers.
2. Continuity strategies
Use of managed multi-region cloud services; runbooks for failing over to an alternative region or provider where supported; documented contact procedures for key suppliers; remote-first operations independent of any single physical site.
3. Communication
Continuity-impacting events are communicated via the Service Status Policy.
