Responsible Disclosure Policy

1. Coordinated disclosure
Researchers and customers who discover a vulnerability are asked to disclose it privately to contact@namvio.com and to allow Namvio Web Services a reasonable period — at least 90 days, or sooner if a public fix is available — before public disclosure.
2. Customer-found vulnerabilities
Customers who discover a security weakness while using DubaiPropertyLoan should report it through the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy rather than exploiting it.
