Data Breach Response Policy

Effective 1 May 2026 · Document 26 of 60 · Operated by Namvio Web Services

1. Detection and triage

Namvio Web Services monitors logs and provider alerts for indicators of a personal-data breach. On detection the on-call responder triages severity, isolates the affected system and convenes the response team.

2. Containment and eradication

The response team contains the incident (for example by revoking credentials, blocking access or rolling back changes), eradicates the cause and restores affected systems from clean backups where required.

3. Notification

Namvio Web Services notifies affected controllers without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of a breach. End-user notification is provided where required by law or where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to data subjects.

4. Records

Namvio Web Services maintains a written record of breaches, including effects, mitigation and lessons learned. Records are reviewed periodically to improve controls.

5. Reporting a suspected breach

Report suspected breaches to contact@namvio.com with subject "Security Incident".
