AI Features Disclaimer — DubaiPropertyLoan

DubaiPropertyLoan uses AI to assist with document review, eligibility estimates and other workflow tasks. This Disclaimer sets out how those features work and the limits of their accuracy.

1. How AI is used

AI features process documents and free-text inputs to produce summaries, extract fields, suggest verification status and generate plain-language explanations. They are powered today by Google Gemini and may use other providers in future as described in the AI Governance Policy.

2. No advice, no decisions

All outputs produced by automated or AI systems within the platform are decision-support information, not decisions. A qualified human (the broker, the bank or the user) must independently review and approve any action taken on the basis of those outputs. AI outputs are not financial, legal, mortgage, tax, accounting or investment advice and do not constitute a loan-eligibility decision.

3. Accuracy and hallucinations

AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete or fabricated output ("hallucinations"), particularly for low-quality scans, unusual document templates or unfamiliar languages. Do not rely on AI output without independent verification.

4. Availability

AI features depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable or rate-limited. Namvio Web Services may disable AI features without notice to control cost, manage abuse or respond to provider outages. The platform will continue to function without AI.

5. Consent and privacy

By enabling AI features the user instructs Namvio Web Services to send the relevant content to the AI provider for processing. The provider's processing is subject to its own terms. Namvio Web Services does not authorise providers to train their general models on customer documents.

6. Output ownership

Outputs derived from your documents are made available to you and your authorised users. Namvio Web Services claims no ownership over those outputs.
