1. Where AI is used
Document classification and field extraction; eligibility-summary explanations; suggested verification status. AI is never used to issue a final loan decision.
2. Providers
Current provider: Google Gemini. Additional or substitute providers may be added in future under the AI Governance Policy.
3. Training
Namvio Web Services does not authorise providers to train their general-purpose models on customer documents. Where a provider's standard terms include training, Namvio Web Services configures the relevant opt-out.
4. User controls
Brokers may turn off AI features on a per-application basis. Manual review is always available as a fallback.
