User Content Policy

1. Your rights
You retain ownership of content (documents, messages, profile information) you upload.
2. Licence to operate the service
You grant Namvio Web Services a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit and display your content solely to operate DubaiPropertyLoan for you and the users you authorise.
3. Removal
Namvio Web Services may remove content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy, infringes third-party rights or that Namvio Web Services is legally required to remove.
