1. Ownership of the service
All rights, title and interest in and to DubaiPropertyLoan, including the source code, design, user interface, brand assets and trade marks, are and remain the property of Namvio Web Services and its licensors. Nothing in these documents transfers any of those rights to you except for the limited licence to use the service granted under the Terms of Service.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of your uploaded documents. You grant Namvio Web Services the limited licence described in the Terms of Service to host, process and display your content for the purpose of operating the service.
3. Open-source components
DubaiPropertyLoan incorporates open-source components used under their respective licences. A list of significant components and their licences is available on request at contact@namvio.com.
4. Feedback
If you give us feedback or suggestions, you grant Namvio Web Services a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use it without restriction or attribution.
5. Complaints
Copyright and trade-mark complaints are handled under the Copyright Policy and Trademark Policy.
