1. Who we are

Namvio Web Services operates DubaiPropertyLoan from India as a Software-as-a-Service provider.

2. What we are not

DubaiPropertyLoan is operated by Namvio Web Services (Sole Proprietorship registered in India). DubaiPropertyLoan is a Software-as-a-Service platform only. DubaiPropertyLoan is not a bank, lender, financial institution, mortgage broker, loan-approval service, credit-rating agency, insurance provider, investment adviser, legal adviser, accounting firm or government body. Loan decisions are made exclusively by licensed banks. Mortgage advice is provided exclusively by licensed brokers. The platform never guarantees approval, eligibility, pricing or funding of any loan.

3. Responsibility allocation

  • The licensed broker remains solely responsible for advising the client and for compliance with broker-licensing rules in their jurisdiction.
  • The lending bank remains solely responsible for credit assessment and loan approval.
  • The client remains responsible for the accuracy of documents they upload and for engaging professional advisers where needed.
