The mortgage calculator suite on DubaiPropertyLoan is an educational tool. It is not a quotation, pre-approval or loan offer.
1. What the calculators do
Calculators take user-supplied inputs (income, property price, tenor, etc.) and apply simplified UAE-market assumptions to estimate items such as monthly instalments, affordability, down payment, total cost of ownership and indicative eligibility.
2. Limits
Real loan offers depend on bank policy, credit history, the property valuation, residency, employment stability, regulatory changes and other factors that the calculators do not know about. Outputs may differ materially from actual offers.
3. No advice
DubaiPropertyLoan is not a regulated financial adviser. Calculator outputs are not advice. Consult a licensed mortgage broker or your bank before making decisions.
4. Usage limits
Calculator access depends on the broker's plan. Free-plan brokers are limited to 3 uses per rolling 24-hour period. Other limits may be introduced to protect service availability.
