1. Service provided as-is
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DubaiPropertyLoan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability or freedom from error.
2. No guaranteed outcome
Namvio Web Services does not warrant that a loan application processed through DubaiPropertyLoan will be approved, that an AI verification will be correct, that an uploaded document is genuine or that any calculator estimate matches a bank's actual offer.
3. Force majeure and third-party failure
Namvio Web Services is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, cloud-provider failures, regulatory action, natural events, strikes or pandemic measures.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namvio Web Services's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with DubaiPropertyLoan in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of the fees paid by the affected customer for the service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or US$ 100. Namvio Web Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill or loss of data.
5. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be lawfully limited, including for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
