Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Namvio Web Services for your use of DubaiPropertyLoan.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, ticking the acceptance checkbox at signup, or by using DubaiPropertyLoan you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and, where applicable, the Broker Subscription Agreement. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. Nature of the service

DubaiPropertyLoan is operated by Namvio Web Services (Sole Proprietorship registered in India). DubaiPropertyLoan is a Software-as-a-Service platform only. DubaiPropertyLoan is not a bank, lender, financial institution, mortgage broker, loan-approval service, credit-rating agency, insurance provider, investment adviser, legal adviser, accounting firm or government body. Loan decisions are made exclusively by licensed banks. Mortgage advice is provided exclusively by licensed brokers. The platform never guarantees approval, eligibility, pricing or funding of any loan.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential and promptly notify us at contact@namvio.com of any suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Roles and plans

DubaiPropertyLoan supports three primary roles: client (free), broker (paid subscription, with a Free tier limited to 3 calculator runs per rolling 24 hours and no client management), and platform administrator. Plan details, limits and pricing are described in the Broker Subscription Agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service as described in the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate that policy, that pose a security or fraud risk, or that we are legally required to suspend.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload. You grant Namvio Web Services a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the users you have authorised. 7. Fees and billing

Broker subscriptions are billed via PayPal in accordance with the Broker Subscription Agreement and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Service changes and beta features

We continuously improve DubaiPropertyLoan and may add, modify or remove features. Material reductions to paid features will be communicated in advance. Beta features are governed by the Beta Features Policy and are provided "as is" without availability or accuracy guarantees.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Namvio Web Services's warranties, exclusions and the cap on its aggregate liability are set out in the Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate as set out in the Account Deletion Policy and the Broker Subscription Agreement. On termination we will delete or anonymise personal data subject to the Document Retention Policy and any legal obligation to retain certain records.

11. Governing law and disputes

Unless the parties agree otherwise in writing, these Terms are governed by the laws of governing-law-jurisdiction and disputes will be resolved before the courts of dispute-venue. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence continue to apply where they cannot be excluded by contract.
