Anti-Money-Laundering & Fraud Notice

Effective 1 May 2026 · Document 46 of 60 · Operated by Namvio Web Services

DubaiPropertyLoan is a document-management platform. We do not handle loan funds and do not act as a regulated AML obliged entity. This Notice describes the controls we operate to deter and detect abuse of the platform for unlawful purposes.

1. User responsibility

Each broker remains responsible for the AML/KYC obligations imposed on them by their own regulator. Each user is responsible for the truthfulness of documents they upload.

2. Detective controls

DubaiPropertyLoan logs authentication events, document uploads, access patterns and administrative actions in tamper-evident audit logs. Anomalies (for example bulk uploads, geographic impossibilities, repeated re-uploads of similar documents across unrelated accounts) may trigger automated alerts.

3. Reporting and cooperation

Where Namvio Web Services forms a reasonable suspicion that the platform is being used to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or other crime, it may suspend the account and cooperate with competent authorities as described in the Law Enforcement Request Policy.

4. Prohibited customers

Namvio Web Services does not knowingly provide DubaiPropertyLoan to persons or entities subject to comprehensive trade or financial sanctions or located in sanctioned territories; see the Export Control & Sanctions Statement.

5. Reporting

Report suspected fraud to contact@namvio.com. Provide as much detail as possible while preserving evidence.
