1. Compliance
Namvio Web Services complies with the trade and financial sanctions regimes applicable to it under Indian and UAE law and the sanctions regimes that its providers are subject to.
2. Prohibited customers
Namvio Web Services does not knowingly provide DubaiPropertyLoan to persons subject to comprehensive sanctions or located in comprehensively sanctioned territories.
3. Customer responsibility
Customers must not use DubaiPropertyLoan to provide services to sanctioned persons or in a manner that would cause Namvio Web Services to breach sanctions.
