1. Scope
Requests from non-law-enforcement government bodies (for example data-protection authorities, tax authorities, regulators) are handled with the same rigour as law-enforcement requests.
2. Verification
Namvio Web Services verifies the authenticity of the request through publicly available contact channels before responding.
3. Transparency
Namvio Web Services aims to publish aggregate transparency information once the volume of requests is material. Until then, customers may ask whether they have been the subject of a government request by writing to contact@namvio.com.
