1. How to make a request
Law-enforcement requests should be sent on official letterhead to contact@namvio.com with subject "Law Enforcement Request". Include the legal basis, the specific information sought and a contact for verification.
2. What we provide
Namvio Web Services responds to valid legal process that has jurisdiction over it. We narrow the scope of any response to what the request actually requires. We notify affected users where lawfully permitted.
3. Emergency disclosure
In an emergency involving a risk of death or serious physical injury, Namvio Web Services may provide limited information without formal process. Requests must come from official channels and explain the emergency.
