Namvio Web Services does not currently hold ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA or any other security or privacy certification. Our editorial summary of controls is in the Trust Center.
3. Where is data stored?
On managed cloud infrastructure that may host data in multiple regions; see International Data Transfer Policy.
4. How long do you keep my documents?
Per the Document Retention Policy.
5. Do you train AI on my documents?
Namvio Web Services does not authorise providers to train their general-purpose models on customer documents; see AI Transparency Statement.
