Brokers see only their clients; agents see only their assignments; clients see only their own data; administrators see all data for support and security. Details: Access Control Policy.
4. Compliance posture
Namvio Web Services does not hold any certification (ISO, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, UAE PDPL). The platform is built to be compatible with the spirit of those frameworks; formal certification is a future objective.
