1. Frameworks considered
Design references include the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the EU GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001 control families and SOC 2 trust services criteria. Namvio Web Services does not currently hold a certification under any of these frameworks.
2. What this means in practice
We implement controls — encryption, least-privilege, audit logging, vendor management, data-subject rights — in line with the spirit of those frameworks. We do not represent ourselves as certified.
