Secure Document Handling Policy

1. Upload
Uploads are restricted to PDF, JPG and PNG, capped at 10 MB per file and stored in a private bucket keyed by application.
2. Retrieval
Downloads are served via short-lived signed URLs that expire within 60 seconds of issuance and are scoped to a single object.
3. Sharing
Documents are visible only to the uploading client, the assigned broker (and assigned agents on Agency plans) and Namvio Web Services administrators. Sharing outside DubaiPropertyLoan is the responsibility of the broker and must respect the client's instructions.
4. Deletion
On deletion through the dashboard, the underlying object is removed from active storage. Backup propagation follows the Backup & Disaster Recovery Policy.
