API Terms (future-ready)

DubaiPropertyLoan does not currently offer a public API. These terms apply prospectively to anyone granted API access in future.
1. Authorised use
API access requires a valid API credential issued by Namvio Web Services. Credentials are confidential, non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.
2. Rate limits and quotas
Namvio Web Services may impose and change per-credential rate limits and quotas. Programmatic clients must implement back-off and retry behaviour.
3. Acceptable use
API clients are subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and the Acceptable AI Usage Policy.
4. Data minimisation
API clients must request only the data they need and must not store data longer than necessary.
