Electronic Signature Policy

1. Use
Clicking "Create account" or ticking the Terms-and-Privacy acceptance checkbox constitutes your electronic signature on the documents referenced at the point of signing.
2. Validity
Where local law recognises electronic signatures (for example the UAE Electronic Transactions and Trust Services Law or India's Information Technology Act), such signatures have the same legal effect as a wet-ink signature, subject to specific document categories that the law excludes.
3. Records
Namvio Web Services retains an audit trail of acceptance events, including IP address and timestamp, in line with the Document Retention Policy.
